Redeem Promotional Codes
Promotional codes can be redeemed at the time you place an order. If you received a concession promotion from Amazon Customer Service via e-mail, that promotion was automatically placed on your account and will appear on the Order Summary page before you complete your order.

About Promotional Pricing
Sometimes when we lower prices as part of a promotion, other retailers will decrease their own prices in response. As a result, we may decrease our price during the promotion, and after the promotion our price may be the same or even lower than the original promotional price in order to offer you consistently low prices.

Can’t see your Wi-Fi network: If your Wi-Fi network is missing in the list of available networks, move closer to your router. Or check that your router's network settings are not set as hidden. If the issue persists, try restarting your network devices, like modem and router.
Wi-Fi Password error: Passwords are case-sensitive. For example, ‘password’ and ‘PASSWORD’ are two different passwords. If you forget your Wi-Fi password, it's sometimes printed on your router or on the documentation you received with your router. Seek additional help from your Internet Service Provider, network administrator, or the person who helped set up your network if you're still unable to connect.
Connection failure errors: Restart your device and home network equipment, such as modem and router, then attempt connecting again.
